Dr. Alyssa N. Fenton, DVM, cAVCA, has been a practicing veterinarian for nearly 20 years, serving the Richmond area since 2007. She obtained her BS in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Fenton specializes in preventative care, internal and reproductive medicine, and animal behavior. She is certified as an Animal Chiropractor by AVCA. Outside of work, Dr. Fenton enjoys spending time with her husband, Shetland Sheepdogs, Australian Shepherd, and cats. She actively participates in dog sports such as agility, obedience, conformation, herding, and K9 Nosework. Additionally, she has a passion for gardening and hiking with her dogs.
